我校智能科學與工程研究院喜獲2項國家重點研發計劃項目資助

近日(ri),科(ke)技(ji)部正式公布了2018年國(guo)(guo)家(jia)重(zhong)(zhong)點(dian)研(yan)(yan)(yan)發計(ji)劃“網絡協同(tong)制造和智(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)工(gong)(gong)(gong)廠”重(zhong)(zhong)點(dian)專項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)立(li)(li)(li)項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)資助名(ming)單(dan)。我校智(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)科(ke)學與工(gong)(gong)(gong)程研(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)院聯合申報的(de)(de)“智(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)工(gong)(gong)(gong)廠工(gong)(gong)(gong)業互聯網系(xi)統理(li)論與技(ji)術(2018YFB1700100)”和“面向智(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)工(gong)(gong)(gong)廠動(dong)態(tai)生產的(de)(de)實(shi)時優化運行技(ji)術與系(xi)統(2018YFB1701100)”2個項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)均獲得立(li)(li)(li)項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)。這是繼獲批國(guo)(guo)家(jia)智(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)制造重(zhong)(zhong)大專項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)之后,研(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)院在國(guo)(guo)家(jia)重(zhong)(zhong)大科(ke)技(ji)項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)立(li)(li)(li)項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)上的(de)(de)又一(yi)重(zhong)(zhong)要突(tu)破;系(xi)國(guo)(guo)家(jia)重(zhong)(zhong)點(dian)研(yan)(yan)(yan)發計(ji)劃實(shi)施以來(lai),我校首次作為(wei)承擔單(dan)位之一(yi)獲得立(li)(li)(li)項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang),并實(shi)現雙豐收。

據悉,我校智能科(ke)學(xue)(xue)與工(gong)程研(yan)究院(yuan)(yuan)將承擔其中的2項(xiang)課題任務,科(ke)研(yan)骨干人(ren)員還(huan)包括(kuo)來(lai)自(zi)機電(dian)工(gong)程學(xue)(xue)院(yuan)(yuan)、智能制造技術研(yan)究院(yuan)(yuan)和(he)電(dian)信學(xue)(xue)院(yuan)(yuan)的多(duo)位老師。此外,其他聯(lian)合申報單位有清華大(da)學(xue)(xue)、中南大(da)學(xue)(xue)、大(da)連理(li)工(gong)大(da)學(xue)(xue)、華東理(li)工(gong)大(da)學(xue)(xue)、中科(ke)院(yuan)(yuan)沈陽自(zi)動化研(yan)究所(suo)、上海交通大(da)學(xue)(xue)等一流高校和(he)研(yan)究機構,反(fan)映(ying)了學(xue)(xue)校在前(qian)沿科(ke)學(xue)(xue)和(he)重大(da)工(gong)程應用研(yan)發能力(li)的顯著提升。

國家重(zhong)(zhong)點研發計(ji)(ji)劃(hua)是“十三五”國家科技計(ji)(ji)劃(hua)管理(li)改革后實施的最新項(xiang)目(mu)管理(li)計(ji)(ji)劃(hua),是我國現行最高級(ji)別的重(zhong)(zhong)大項(xiang)目(mu)層次,由原來的863計(ji)(ji)劃(hua)、973計(ji)(ji)劃(hua)、國家科技支(zhi)撐計(ji)(ji)劃(hua)等(deng)重(zhong)(zhong)大科技項(xiang)目(mu)整合(he)而成(cheng)。它(ta)定(ding)位(wei)于重(zhong)(zhong)大科學問題、重(zhong)(zhong)大共(gong)性(xing)關鍵(jian)技術和(he)(he)(he)產(chan)品、重(zhong)(zhong)大國際科技合(he)作,旨(zhi)在瞄準解決國民經濟和(he)(he)(he)社會發展(zhan)各(ge)主要領(ling)域的重(zhong)(zhong)大、核心、關鍵(jian)科技問題。“網絡(luo)協同(tong)(tong)制造和(he)(he)(he)智(zhi)能(neng)(neng)(neng)工(gong)廠(chang)(chang)”重(zhong)(zhong)點專項(xiang)將針(zhen)對(dui)我國網絡(luo)協同(tong)(tong)制造和(he)(he)(he)智(zhi)能(neng)(neng)(neng)工(gong)廠(chang)(chang)發展(zhan)模式創(chuang)新不足、核心技術/軟件支(zhi)撐能(neng)(neng)(neng)力薄(bo)弱等(deng)問題,探(tan)索引領(ling)智(zhi)能(neng)(neng)(neng)制造發展(zhan)的制造與服(fu)務新模式,突(tu)破網絡(luo)協同(tong)(tong)制造和(he)(he)(he)智(zhi)能(neng)(neng)(neng)工(gong)廠(chang)(chang)的基礎(chu)理(li)論與關鍵(jian)技術,對(dui)研發網絡(luo)協同(tong)(tong)制造核心軟件、建立技術標準、創(chuang)建智(zhi)能(neng)(neng)(neng)工(gong)廠(chang)(chang)網絡(luo)協同(tong)(tong)制造支(zhi)撐平臺(tai)等(deng)方面,具有(you)引領(ling)性(xing)作用和(he)(he)(he)意義。

以上(shang)兩項重大研(yan)(yan)發計劃將分別研(yan)(yan)究建(jian)立互(hu)(hu)聯(lian)網與(yu)(yu)(yu)智能(neng)工廠(chang)控制(zhi)(zhi)網絡融合的(de)體系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)架(jia)構(gou)與(yu)(yu)(yu)復雜(za)(za)大系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統理論,研(yan)(yan)究基(ji)于在線(xian)學習/優(you)(you)化(hua)(hua)的(de)動態生產(chan)多(duo)目標(biao)(biao)(biao)-多(duo)任務實時優(you)(you)化(hua)(hua)運行與(yu)(yu)(yu)協(xie)同控制(zhi)(zhi)一體化(hua)(hua)技(ji)術,搭(da)建(jian)智能(neng)工廠(chang)實時運行優(you)(you)化(hua)(hua)平(ping)臺。我(wo)(wo)校智能(neng)科學與(yu)(yu)(yu)工程(cheng)(cheng)研(yan)(yan)究院盧山、徐趙文、闕(que)昊懿等老師長期從事網絡化(hua)(hua)控制(zhi)(zhi)、復雜(za)(za)大系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統建(jian)模(mo)與(yu)(yu)(yu)優(you)(you)化(hua)(hua)、信(xin)息(xi)物(wu)理系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統等研(yan)(yan)究,并是國(guo)(guo)際標(biao)(biao)(biao)準化(hua)(hua)組(zu)織(zhi)自動化(hua)(hua)系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統與(yu)(yu)(yu)集成技(ji)術委員(yuan)會成員(yuan),參與(yu)(yu)(yu)了(le)我(wo)(wo)國(guo)(guo)“信(xin)息(xi)化(hua)(hua)與(yu)(yu)(yu)工業(ye)化(hua)(hua)融合”評估國(guo)(guo)際標(biao)(biao)(biao)準的(de)起草(cao)制(zhi)(zhi)定(ding)。研(yan)(yan)究團(tuan)隊(dui)相關成果以深職(zhi)院為第(di)一單位錄用發表(biao)在IEEE Transactions on Cybernetics, Journal of Cleaner Production,IEEE Transactions on Automatic Control等國(guo)(guo)際頂級期刊。依托智能(neng)科學與(yu)(yu)(yu)工程(cheng)(cheng)研(yan)(yan)究院的(de)優(you)(you)勢資源,以及科研(yan)(yan)處、機(ji)電工程(cheng)(cheng)學院、電信(xin)學院等部門的(de)大力支持,課題團(tuan)隊(dui)將全力開(kai)展(zhan)該重大科技(ji)項目的(de)各(ge)項研(yan)(yan)發任務,進一步提升我(wo)(wo)校在智能(neng)制(zhi)(zhi)造(zao)和工業(ye)互(hu)(hu)聯(lian)網領域的(de)研(yan)(yan)發能(neng)力和影響力。
