教科文職業教育創新中心項目評估國際研討會圓滿閉幕

9月5日(ri)上午,教(jiao)(jiao)科文職(zhi)業(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)育創新中(zhong)心(xin)項目(mu)評估(gu)國(guo)際研討會(hui)閉(bi)幕式在(zai)我校留仙洞(dong)校區舉行。聯(lian)合(he)國(guo)教(jiao)(jiao)科文組織職(zhi)業(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)育創新中(zhong)心(xin)項目(mu)專家、肯(ken)尼亞大裂谷(gu)技術培訓(xun)學院(yuan)的同行評審專家以(yi)及學校領導等出(chu)席會(hui)議。

會(hui)上教科文組織項目專家首先說明學(xue)校(xiao)的(de)評(ping)估流程、工具與結(jie)果,并對結(jie)果進行(xing)了(le)解讀(du)。肯尼亞大裂谷技術培訓(xun)學(xue)院校(xiao)長對于同行(xing)評(ping)審的(de)結(jie)果進行(xing)了(le)說明并提(ti)出未來雙(shuang)方合(he)作(zuo)意向(xiang)。最后(hou)副校(xiao)長李月作(zuo)總結(jie)講(jiang)話。

教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)科(ke)(ke)文(wen)組(zu)織(zhi)專(zhuan)家彼得(de)(de).格林伍德(de)和(he)簡?彼得(de)(de)?甘特?德(de)奧特羅(luo)根據(ju)(ju)(ju)在(zai)研(yan)討會不同(tong)環節采集的(de)(de)評(ping)(ping)估(gu)(gu)(gu)證據(ju)(ju)(ju),運用項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)工(gong)具(ju)和(he)統計(ji)(ji)工(gong)具(ju),經過綜(zong)合分(fen)析給出(chu)評(ping)(ping)估(gu)(gu)(gu)結論:學校(xiao)(xiao)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)科(ke)(ke)文(wen)職業(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)(xin)中(zhong)(zhong)心(xin)項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)綜(zong)合評(ping)(ping)估(gu)(gu)(gu)數(shu)據(ju)(ju)(ju)結果呈現(xian)在(zai)第四象(xiang)限,說明(ming)學校(xiao)(xiao)的(de)(de)創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)(xin)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)已(yi)經居領先(xian)位(wei)置。四個評(ping)(ping)估(gu)(gu)(gu)維度(領導力(li)與(yu)組(zu)織(zhi)行為(wei)、教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)與(yu)學、產品與(yu)服(fu)務、能力(li)創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)(xin)生態系統)的(de)(de)評(ping)(ping)估(gu)(gu)(gu)數(shu)據(ju)(ju)(ju)都很突出(chu),其中(zhong)(zhong)領導力(li)與(yu)組(zu)織(zhi)行為(wei)維度表(biao)現(xian)最為(wei)突出(chu)。學校(xiao)(xiao)的(de)(de)創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)(xin)案(an)(an)例內容(rong)豐富,反(fan)(fan)映(ying)了學校(xiao)(xiao)在(zai)創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)(xin)創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)業(ye)上取得(de)(de)的(de)(de)驕(jiao)人業(ye)績。學校(xiao)(xiao)編制的(de)(de)創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)(xin)行動(dong)計(ji)(ji)劃(hua)符合職業(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)(xin)中(zhong)(zhong)心(xin)項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)對行動(dong)計(ji)(ji)劃(hua)的(de)(de)框架(jia)要求,與(yu)學校(xiao)(xiao)創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)(xin)評(ping)(ping)估(gu)(gu)(gu)結果反(fan)(fan)映(ying)的(de)(de)需要改(gai)進項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)吻(wen)合,已(yi)經提出(chu)了解決方案(an)(an),方向正確(que),行動(dong)得(de)(de)力(li),已(yi)經達到(dao)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)科(ke)(ke)文(wen)組(zu)織(zhi)職業(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)(xin)中(zhong)(zhong)心(xin)項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)的(de)(de)要求。希望學校(xiao)(xiao)以后在(zai)校(xiao)(xiao)內推廣(guang)(guang)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)科(ke)(ke)文(wen)職業(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)(xin)中(zhong)(zhong)心(xin)項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)的(de)(de)評(ping)(ping)估(gu)(gu)(gu)工(gong)具(ju)對學校(xiao)(xiao)的(de)(de)各(ge)項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)(xin)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)做出(chu)自我評(ping)(ping)估(gu)(gu)(gu),發現(xian)不足,做好反(fan)(fan)思,追求進步。繼續(xu)做好項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)自評(ping)(ping)報告和(he)創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)(xin)案(an)(an)例修改(gai)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo),推進實施創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)(xin)行動(dong)計(ji)(ji)劃(hua),在(zai)虛擬平臺上推廣(guang)(guang)深(shen)職案(an)(an)例和(he)方案(an)(an),未(wei)來與(yu)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)科(ke)(ke)文(wen)組(zu)織(zhi)合作(zuo)(zuo)面向亞太地區推廣(guang)(guang)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)科(ke)(ke)文(wen)組(zu)織(zhi)職業(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)(xin)中(zhong)(zhong)心(xin)項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)目(mu),傳播(bo)“深(shen)職案(an)(an)例”、“中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)方案(an)(an)”。
