我校舉辦全國職業院校勞動教育導師研修班

為(wei)深入貫徹德智體(ti)(ti)美勞(lao)(lao)全(quan)面發展的(de)(de)黨的(de)(de)教(jiao)育(yu)方針(zhen),全(quan)面落實《中(zhong)共中(zhong)央 國務院(yuan)關(guan)于全(quan)面加強(qiang)新(xin)時(shi)代大中(zhong)小學勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)教(jiao)育(yu)的(de)(de)意見(jian)》精神,大力提(ti)升高等職(zhi)業院(yuan)校(xiao)(xiao)學生(sheng)勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)素養,形(xing)成體(ti)(ti)現時(shi)代要求、符合(he)育(yu)人規(gui)律、彰顯高職(zhi)院(yuan)校(xiao)(xiao)特色的(de)(de)勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)教(jiao)育(yu)體(ti)(ti)系(xi),8月25日(ri)至(zhi)8月28日(ri),由我校(xiao)(xiao)和中(zhong)國勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)關(guan)系(xi)學院(yuan)勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)教(jiao)育(yu)中(zhong)心主辦(ban)、創想家科(ke)技教(jiao)育(yu)(深圳)有(you)限公司協辦(ban)的(de)(de)2020年全(quan)國職(zhi)業院(yuan)校(xiao)(xiao)勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)教(jiao)育(yu)導師研修班(中(zhong)級),在線上會議平臺成功舉辦(ban)。

為優化勞(lao)動(dong)教(jiao)育師資(zi)供給,本次教(jiao)師培(pei)訓(xun)除了邀請(qing)勞(lao)動(dong)教(jiao)育領域(yu)相(xiang)關知名(ming)學者外,基于勞(lao)動(dong)教(jiao)育本身特質,還邀請(qing)了企業代表擔(dan)任課(ke)程(cheng)授課(ke)講師。共有來自廣東、廣西(xi)(xi)、貴州、湖南、江蘇、內蒙古、陜(shan)西(xi)(xi)、浙(zhe)江等14所職業院校近30名(ming)老師參加培(pei)訓(xun)。

 培訓期間,學(xue)(xue)員們分(fen)別觀摩了(le)中(zhong)國(guo)勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)關(guan)系(xi)學(xue)(xue)院(yuan)劉麗紅副(fu)校(xiao)(xiao)長(chang)、我校(xiao)(xiao)人文學(xue)(xue)院(yuan)張克副(fu)院(yuan)長(chang)、中(zhong)國(guo)勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)關(guan)系(xi)學(xue)(xue)院(yuan)黨印副(fu)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)授、中(zhong)國(guo)美術學(xue)(xue)院(yuan)杜(du)銘秋副(fu)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)授、優必選人工智能(neng)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)研負(fu)責人郭子琦、中(zhong)國(guo)勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)關(guan)系(xi)學(xue)(xue)院(yuan)李珂教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)授、廣東海涵律師事務所主任律師吳(wu)小波主講的(de)“勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)的(de)歷史演(yan)變、政(zheng)策解(jie)讀(du)與(yu)趨勢”“勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)導師的(de)職(zhi)責與(yu)倫(lun)理(li)——如何(he)更(geng)(geng)好的(de)理(li)解(jie)體(ti)面勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)”“職(zhi)業(ye)院(yuan)校(xiao)(xiao)勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)導師的(de)素(su)質能(neng)力提(ti)升”“職(zhi)業(ye)院(yuan)校(xiao)(xiao)勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)的(de)課(ke)程設計(ji)——臺灣勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)的(de)發展與(yu)實踐”“人工智能(neng)時代下的(de)勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)”“職(zhi)業(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)與(yu)勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)的(de)融(rong)合(he)(he)機(ji)制”“勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)中(zhong)的(de)安全風險與(yu)應(ying)對政(zheng)策”七堂課(ke)。專(zhuan)(zhuan)家們表示,隨著勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)相關(guan)政(zheng)策的(de)進一步推(tui)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong),勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)將(jiang)更(geng)(geng)加專(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)化且惠及更(geng)(geng)多學(xue)(xue)生,勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)師資(zi)則面臨極大(da)的(de)挑(tiao)戰。從長(chang)遠(yuan)來看,應(ying)開(kai)設勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)相關(guan)專(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye),培養勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)專(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)人才。短(duan)期內,應(ying)根據學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)目前師資(zi)情況采取多種(zhong)措(cuo)施,建立專(zhuan)(zhuan)兼職(zhi)相結合(he)(he)的(de)勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)師資(zi)隊伍(wu)。

同時,為深(shen)入了解目(mu)前高(gao)職院(yuan)校勞動(dong)教(jiao)育(yu)開展情況,今年3月(yue),我校聯合創想家教(jiao)育(yu)科技(深(shen)圳)有(you)限(xian)公(gong)司,對覆(fu)蓋生(sheng)源(yuan)地(di)30個(ge)省、自(zi)治區、直轄市的(de)學生(sheng)及(ji)來自(zi)全國(guo)14所高(gao)職院(yuan)校的(de)老師(shi)開展《全國(guo)高(gao)職院(yuan)校勞動(dong)教(jiao)育(yu)現狀調(diao)查報告(gao)藍皮書》專項問卷調(diao)研。經過5個(ge)月(yue)的(de)立項、調(diao)研論證、問卷發放及(ji)回收、電話訪(fang)談記(ji)錄、數據清洗與甄別(bie)等,共回收有(you)效教(jiao)師(shi)問卷221份,學生(sheng)問卷2101份,教(jiao)師(shi)訪(fang)談記(ji)錄25份。

調研專家組成員范苗就(jiu)調研報告中學生素養(yang)現(xian)狀(zhuang)、目前(qian)勞(lao)動教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)開展(zhan)現(xian)狀(zhuang)及(ji)問(wen)題(ti)(ti)、師資建(jian)設現(xian)狀(zhuang)及(ji)問(wen)題(ti)(ti)、勞(lao)動教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)與實習實訓(xun)相結合(he)的現(xian)狀(zhuang)及(ji)問(wen)題(ti)(ti)、勞(lao)動教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)與校園文(wen)化建(jian)設相結合(he)的現(xian)狀(zhuang)及(ji)問(wen)題(ti)(ti)、勞(lao)動教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)與社會服(fu)務相結合(he)的現(xian)狀(zhuang)及(ji)問(wen)題(ti)(ti)等內容進行分享,讓(rang)研修班的學員們從數據(ju)中更(geng)科學更(geng)全面的了解目前(qian)勞(lao)動教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)在(zai)高職院校中開展(zhan)的情況。

研(yan)修(xiu)班4天(tian)的課(ke)程涵蓋勞動(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)理論知識、相(xiang)關政策(ce)導(dao)讀、實(shi)際課(ke)程案(an)例分析、勞動(dong)相(xiang)關法律知識普及、人(ren)工智能(neng)下的勞動(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)等多個方面,最(zui)后以電(dian)子(zi)考卷(juan)的形式對學(xue)員(yuan)(yuan)們(men)進(jin)行考核(he)。參訓(xun)學(xue)員(yuan)(yuan)紛紛表示(shi),將以本次(ci)研(yan)究班為新的起點,進(jin)一(yi)步(bu)加(jia)強理論學(xue)習,重塑(su)勞動(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)觀,為所屬高職院(yuan)校開展勞動(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)工作貢獻(xian)力量;并希(xi)望這樣的培(pei)訓(xun)能(neng)夠制度(du)化、常(chang)態(tai)化,進(jin)一(yi)步(bu)豐富(fu)培(pei)訓(xun)內容,在條(tiao)件允許的情況(kuang)下,安排線下培(pei)訓(xun)課(ke),加(jia)入動(dong)手實(shi)踐實(shi)操環節(jie),將勞動(dong)精神(shen)貫穿(chuan)師(shi)資培(pei)訓(xun)始(shi)終。
