以“數字職教建設 共商共建共享”為主題的2020年“一帶一路”職業教育國際研討會在深圳召開。

11月(yue)26-27日,以“數字職(zhi)教(jiao)建設 共(gong)(gong)商共(gong)(gong)建共(gong)(gong)享”為主題(ti)的2020年(nian)“一帶(dai)(dai)一路”職(zhi)業教(jiao)育國際(ji)研(yan)(yan)討會在深圳召開(kai)。來(lai)(lai)自(zi)26個國家和地區政府部門(men)、院校機構、行(xing)業企(qi)業的近300名(ming)專家學(xue)者(zhe)齊聚(ju)線上線下(xia),共(gong)(gong)商數字經濟時代“一帶(dai)(dai)一路”國家職(zhi)業教(jiao)育的機遇與挑戰,發布了《深圳倡議(yi)》。這(zhe)是(shi)繼(ji)2018年(nian)首次(ci) “一帶(dai)(dai)一路”職(zhi)業教(jiao)育國際(ji)研(yan)(yan)討會成功舉辦以來(lai)(lai),職(zhi)業教(jiao)育領域(yu)的又一場(chang)高規格國際(ji)盛會。

凝聚數字職教共識 深化數字職教實踐 加快共商共建共享

中國職業技術教育學會會長魯昕發表致辭。

魯昕在致辭中談(tan)到,今年以來,全球疫(yi)情蔓延,世(shi)界經濟(ji)低迷,隨著新一輪科技革(ge)命和(he)產(chan)業變革(ge)深入(ru)(ru)發(fa)展,國(guo)(guo)(guo)際(ji)力量對比深刻調(diao)整,和(he)平的發(fa)展仍然是時(shi)代的主題,人類命運共同(tong)體的理(li)念深入(ru)(ru)人心。在此背景下,堅定不(bu)移的深化改革(ge)、擴大開放顯得(de)尤為(wei)重要。統籌國(guo)(guo)(guo)內國(guo)(guo)(guo)際(ji)兩個(ge)大局,科學應變、主動求(qiu)變,是中國(guo)(guo)(guo)面臨新的國(guo)(guo)(guo)際(ji)形勢和(he)環境形勢作(zuo)出的戰(zhan)略安排。

魯昕以詳(xiang)實(shi)的數據(ju)梳理(li)了自2013年(nian)“一帶一路”合作(zuo)倡議提出以來,教(jiao)育(yu)領域取得的各項顯著成就,并表示(shi)中國(guo)職(zhi)(zhi)業教(jiao)育(yu)應繼續(xu)圍繞共建“一帶一路”,對接所在(zai)國(guo)家的產(chan)業需求(qiu),通過學歷教(jiao)育(yu)與(yu)職(zhi)(zhi)業培訓(xun)相結合的方式(shi),培養更多(duo)高素質的技術(shu)技能人才。

在簡要闡述了(le)中國(guo)職教(jiao)學會(hui)對接科技進步、深(shen)(shen)(shen)化(hua)(hua)產教(jiao)融合的具體舉措后,魯昕表示(shi),學會(hui)將充分利用“一(yi)帶一(yi)路(lu)”職業教(jiao)育國(guo)際研討會(hui)平(ping)臺,積(ji)極發(fa)(fa)揮新時代智庫型學會(hui)作(zuo)用,愿與(yu)“一(yi)帶一(yi)路(lu)”沿線(xian)各國(guo)、各地區(qu)(qu)一(yi)起(qi),凝聚數(shu)字(zi)(zi)職教(jiao)共(gong)識(shi),深(shen)(shen)(shen)化(hua)(hua)數(shu)字(zi)(zi)職教(jiao)實踐,加快數(shu)字(zi)(zi)職教(jiao)共(gong)建(jian)共(gong)享,共(gong)同應(ying)對當(dang)前(qian)職教(jiao)發(fa)(fa)展的全球挑戰,推動構建(jian)人類命運共(gong)同體。魯昕提出,此次會(hui)議聯合26個國(guo)家和(he)(he)地區(qu)(qu)發(fa)(fa)布(bu)《深(shen)(shen)(shen)圳倡議》,必將為(wei)全面實現職業教(jiao)育數(shu)字(zi)(zi)化(hua)(hua)轉型、數(shu)字(zi)(zi)化(hua)(hua)升級、數(shu)字(zi)(zi)化(hua)(hua)發(fa)(fa)展和(he)(he)數(shu)字(zi)(zi)化(hua)(hua)建(jian)設,凝聚共(gong)識(shi),指明(ming)方向(xiang),為(wei)推動“一(yi)帶一(yi)路(lu)”域內國(guo)家和(he)(he)地區(qu)(qu)職業教(jiao)育高質量發(fa)(fa)展做出更(geng)大的貢獻。

Soo-Hyang Choi表示(shi),今年(nian)的(de)大會(hui)將(jiang)主題(ti)定為“數字(zi)職教(jiao)(jiao)”正當其時。數字(zi)化是近年(nian)來職教(jiao)(jiao)領域面臨的(de)重(zhong)大變化與挑戰,疫情(qing)期間(jian)網(wang)絡(luo)教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)的(de)廣泛應(ying)用,也表明數字(zi)技(ji)術(shu)能為學(xue)習者(zhe)創(chuang)造更多元、更靈活的(de)學(xue)習體驗。她同時指出,數字(zi)職教(jiao)(jiao)不僅(jin)僅(jin)只是新技(ji)術(shu)的(de)引入(ru)與應(ying)用,還應(ying)注(zhu)重(zhong)促進創(chuang)新和(he)改變思維方式(shi)。她感(gan)謝會(hui)議(yi)主辦(ban)方為“一(yi)帶一(yi)路”職業教(jiao)(jiao)育搭建(jian)了國際交(jiao)流與合作的(de)平臺(tai),希望與會(hui)嘉賓能利用這次機(ji)會(hui),互學(xue)互鑒(jian)數字(zi)職教(jiao)(jiao)建(jian)設的(de)獨到(dao)見(jian)解與先進經驗。

明確方向 擴大成果 推動“一帶一路”職業教育高質量發展

本次研討會分為開幕(mu)式(shi)、主旨(zhi)報告、前(qian)沿對話(hua)、校企對話(hua)和閉幕(mu)式(shi)等5個(ge)版塊。

本次研(yan)討(tao)會內容豐富,形式新(xin)(xin)穎,分為開幕(mu)式、主旨報告(gao)、前沿對話(hua)、校企對話(hua)和閉幕(mu)式等5個版塊(kuai),邀(yao)請(qing)了國內外近(jin)30位政府官員、專(zhuan)家和學者,圍繞(rao)數(shu)字(zi)職(zhi)教(jiao)助(zhu)(zhu)力全球(qiu)供(gong)應(ying)(ying)鏈、職(zhi)業(ye)教(jiao)育(yu)助(zhu)(zhu)推新(xin)(xin)一(yi)代信息技術應(ying)(ying)用(yong)(yong)落地、5G應(ying)(ying)用(yong)(yong)細分中的職(zhi)業(ye)教(jiao)育(yu)、職(zhi)業(ye)教(jiao)育(yu)數(shu)字(zi)化轉型的探索與實踐(jian)等主題展開深度對話(hua),共同(tong)探討(tao)“一(yi)帶(dai)一(yi)路”背景(jing)下數(shu)字(zi)職(zhi)教(jiao)建(jian)設方略,推動(dong)全球(qiu)職(zhi)業(ye)教(jiao)育(yu)事(shi)業(ye)創新(xin)(xin)和發展。

會議形成標志性成果——《深(shen)圳倡議:推動數字(zi)職教共(gong)商共(gong)建(jian)共(gong)享》。
