為(wei)深入推進學(xue)校(xiao)數字化轉(zhuan)型,高質量落實(shi)好“雙(shuang)高”建(jian)(jian)設各項任務,6月(yue)28日,深圳職(zhi)業(ye)技術(shu)學(xue)院舉行黨委理論(lun)學(xue)習(xi)(xi)中心組(擴大)學(xue)習(xi)(xi)會(hui)(hui),特別邀請(qing)全國(guo)政協委員、中國(guo)職(zhi)業(ye)技術(shu)教(jiao)育(yu)學(xue)會(hui)(hui)會(hui)(hui)長(chang)、教(jiao)育(yu)部(bu)原副(fu)部(bu)長(chang)魯昕在京聯線,作題(ti)為(wei)《人工智能(neng)與(yu)經濟學(xue):“雙(shuang)高”建(jian)(jian)設全新領(ling)域的全面建(jian)(jian)設》專(zhuan)題(ti)報告。會(hui)(hui)議由校(xiao)黨委書記(ji)、校(xiao)長(chang)楊欣(xin)斌主持。

習近平總書記(ji)高度重(zhong)視人工(gong)智(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)發(fa)展(zhan),認為(wei)“人工(gong)智(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)是引領新(xin)一(yi)輪科技(ji)革命和(he)(he)產業變革的重(zhong)要(yao)(yao)驅動力”,“把(ba)握全(quan)球人工(gong)智(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)發(fa)展(zhan)態勢,找(zhao)準(zhun)突破口和(he)(he)主(zhu)攻(gong)方向,培養大批具(ju)有創新(xin)能(neng)力和(he)(he)合作精神的人工(gong)智(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)高端人才(cai)是教育的重(zhong)要(yao)(yao)使命”。

魯昕(xin)列舉(ju)了人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)社部發(fa)布的(de)(de)(de)(de)數字經濟背景下市場需(xu)求迫切的(de)(de)(de)(de)39個(ge)新(xin)職(zhi)業(ye),通(tong)過分(fen)析新(xin)職(zhi)業(ye)、新(xin)知識、新(xin)技(ji)術(shu)、新(xin)技(ji)能(neng),突顯出(chu)工(gong)(gong)作場景變化對(dui)“雙高”專業(ye)建設提出(chu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)要(yao)(yao)求。最后,魯昕(xin)通(tong)過對(dui)工(gong)(gong)信部人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)才(cai)交(jiao)流中心發(fa)布的(de)(de)(de)(de)《工(gong)(gong)業(ye)互聯網產(chan)業(ye)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)才(cai)崗(gang)位能(neng)力(li)要(yao)(yao)求》分(fen)析,展示了工(gong)(gong)業(ye)互聯網產(chan)業(ye)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)才(cai)8個(ge)方向41個(ge)崗(gang)位的(de)(de)(de)(de)4項能(neng)力(li)要(yao)(yao)求,系統(tong)總結(jie)了人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)工(gong)(gong)智能(neng)發(fa)展對(dui)高等教(jiao)育動手(shou)能(neng)力(li)數字化和(he)實(shi)訓基(ji)地虛(xu)擬化轉型的(de)(de)(de)(de)呼喚。

魯昕希望,在“雙區”建設的背景(jing)下,“雙高(gao)”建設的過程中,深職(zhi)院(yuan)作為“雙高(gao)”中的“雙高(gao)”,要充分探討如何在粵港澳(ao)大灣區的政策環境(jing)、在新(xin)一代信息技術的創新(xin)文化、在深職(zhi)院(yuan)的工科特色中發揮積(ji)極作用,構建新(xin)知識體系,構建新(xin)課程體系,顛(dian)覆專業結構,培養(yang)復合性人才,成為名副其實的世界一流職(zhi)業技術學院(yuan)。

楊欣(xin)斌(bin)(bin)在(zai)總結(jie)中(zhong)(zhong)表示,魯昕會(hui)長的(de)報告(gao)站位(wei)高(gao)遠、視野開(kai)闊,理(li)論深(shen)厚、邏(luo)輯嚴(yan)密(mi),觀點鮮明、素材豐富,聚焦問題(ti)、貼近實(shi)際,特別是(shi)結(jie)合(he)我校(xiao)“雙(shuang)高(gao)”建(jian)設(she)(she)、專(zhuan)業設(she)(she)置和產教融(rong)合(he)的(de)情況提(ti)出具體的(de)指導意見,對于(yu)推動學校(xiao)數字化(hua)轉型,落實(shi)好“雙(shuang)高(gao)”建(jian)設(she)(she),科學謀劃“十四五”期間的(de)思路和舉措,具有重要的(de)指導意義(yi)。楊欣(xin)斌(bin)(bin)要求各(ge)單位(wei)深(shen)刻領會(hui)、深(shen)入研究魯昕會(hui)長的(de)報告(gao)精神,結(jie)合(he)實(shi)際抓好貫徹落實(shi),努力在(zai)“雙(shuang)高(gao)”建(jian)設(she)(she)中(zhong)(zhong)走在(zai)前(qian)列,爭(zheng)當職業教育創新(xin)發(fa)展的(de)先行(xing)者。

整場報告(gao)歷時(shi)兩個半小時(shi),全校(xiao)共300余(yu)人參加學(xue)習(xi),其中,全體(ti)專業(ye)主(zhu)任(ren)(ren)、教(jiao)研室(shi)主(zhu)任(ren)(ren)、實訓室(shi)主(zhu)任(ren)(ren)在會(hui)場進行集中學(xue)習(xi);全體(ti)校(xiao)領導(dao)、黨委委員,全體(ti)中層(ceng)干(gan)部通過騰訊會(hui)議系統進行線上(shang)學(xue)習(xi)。
