[理念創新] 圖書文化到書香校園再到文化育人

  圖書(shu)特(te)有的(de)(de)(de)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)底(di)蘊和(he)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)地位(wei),對整個社(she)會的(de)(de)(de)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)大發展,甚(shen)而對經濟(ji)、科(ke)(ke)研(yan)、社(she)會文(wen)明等方面的(de)(de)(de)進(jin)步起著舉足輕重(zhong)(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)作用。圖書(shu)館作為古今中外(wai)最重(zhong)(zhong)要的(de)(de)(de)藏書(shu)場所、文(wen)化(hua)(hua)天地,肩負著特(te)別(bie)的(de)(de)(de)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)使(shi)命和(he)任(ren)務。高(gao)校圖書(shu)館在為教學科(ke)(ke)研(yan)服務的(de)(de)(de)同時,更有著直接參與文(wen)化(hua)(hua)育(yu)人(ren)的(de)(de)(de)重(zhong)(zhong)要使(shi)命。

  技能人才內涵的豐富與育人平臺的擴充

  培養(yang)“復合(he)(he)式創新型高(gao)素質高(gao)技(ji)能人(ren)才(cai)”,是(shi)新時期對(dui)職業(ye)院校提出的(de)(de)(de)新要求(qiu),符合(he)(he)市場對(dui)新型技(ji)能人(ren)才(cai)的(de)(de)(de)新變(bian)化,也切合(he)(he)技(ji)能人(ren)才(cai)未來發展的(de)(de)(de)方向。全面推進“文化育人(ren)、復合(he)(he)育人(ren)、協同育人(ren)”人(ren)才(cai)培養(yang)模式改(gai)革,對(dui)職業(ye)院校的(de)(de)(de)發展與教育教學提出了新的(de)(de)(de)挑戰,也說明了新型技(ji)能人(ren)才(cai)培育的(de)(de)(de)復雜性(xing)。作為(wei)傳統的(de)(de)(de)文化主體部門(men)、教學輔助單(dan)位(wei),圖書館理當主動參(can)與到文化育人(ren)工作中。

  文化育人的使命與圖書工作的新挑戰

  深(shen)入落實“文(wen)化育人”的(de)人才培養理(li)念(nian),一方面要求圖書(shu)文(wen)化升華拓展,衍進到書(shu)香(xiang)文(wen)化,進而推動書(shu)香(xiang)校(xiao)園,促(cu)進校(xiao)園文(wen)化大(da)發展,另一方面也從文(wen)化建設的(de)角(jiao)度對(dui)圖書(shu)館的(de)具體工作提出了新的(de)要求。

  1、豐(feng)富文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)資(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)——夯實文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)根基。資(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)建設是(shi)圖(tu)書(shu)館永(yong)恒(heng)的(de)主題,今后(hou)應(ying)有(you)三個轉(zhuan)變,一是(shi)重(zhong)視資(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)的(de)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)內涵,二是(shi)要優化(hua)(hua)結構,三是(shi)重(zhong)點抓好特(te)(te)色(se)(se)資(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)建設。圖(tu)書(shu)資(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)建設實則是(shi)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)資(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)建設,是(shi)書(shu)香(xiang)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)與校園文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)發(fa)展的(de)基礎。為形成資(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)的(de)針(zhen)對(dui)性(xing)、有(you)效性(xing)與文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)特(te)(te)色(se)(se),應(ying)進(jin)一步與學校各部門及校外單位合(he)作(zuo),加強(qiang)合(he)作(zuo)資(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)、特(te)(te)色(se)(se)資(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)建設,加強(qiang)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)專題如(ru)職(zhi)業素養、地方文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)、高職(zhi)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)的(de)收(shou)藏(zang)(zang),一旦形成規模(mo),就進(jin)行歸納整理,集中收(shou)藏(zang)(zang),建立專題文(wen)(wen)(wen)庫。日常采購(gou)中,應(ying)有(you)意識地進(jin)行專題采購(gou),形成特(te)(te)色(se)(se)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)藏(zang)(zang)書(shu)。也可發(fa)揮(hui)博(bo)物館功能,收(shou)集地方文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)資(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)料、非物質遺(yi)產,接受(shou)私人專題藏(zang)(zang)品,形成專題數(shu)據庫或特(te)(te)藏(zang)(zang)室。

  2、優(you)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)——延伸(shen)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)魅力。圖書(shu)(shu)(shu)館是(shi)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)機構,傳統圖書(shu)(shu)(shu)館的服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)比(bi)較簡單,而現代圖書(shu)(shu)(shu)館的服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)應更注重文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)性(xing)(xing),通過服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)影響師生,通過文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)來(lai)育人(ren)。優(you)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)關(guan)鍵要(yao)做到(dao)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)的多(duo)樣化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)、個(ge)性(xing)(xing)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua),日常(chang)應建立一套基本的能滿足讀者需求(qiu)的服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)體系(xi),在(zai)此基礎上,要(yao)強化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)專業(ye)圖書(shu)(shu)(shu)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu),開(kai)展文(wen)獻(xian)信(xin)息(xi)的個(ge)性(xing)(xing)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu),滿足教(jiao)師或(huo)重點團隊在(zai)縱(zong)深(shen)層次的教(jiao)學科研活動(dong)中(zhong)對文(wen)獻(xian)信(xin)息(xi)的個(ge)性(xing)(xing)需求(qiu),其次要(yao)在(zai)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)細節、服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)態(tai)度、服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)方法上下功夫,引進新技術(shu)讓服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)效率更高,服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)范圍更廣,如微(wei)博(bo)、短信(xin)、聊天群(qun)、手機圖書(shu)(shu)(shu)館、虛擬圖書(shu)(shu)(shu)館等,促進與(yu)讀者的信(xin)息(xi)交流,文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)互動(dong)。

  3、廣(guang)開文(wen)(wen)化(hua)活(huo)(huo)動(dong)(dong)——拓(tuo)寬(kuan)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)平臺(tai)。圖(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)是(shi)校(xiao)園師(shi)生(sheng)最重要的(de)(de)聚集之地。面向未來,我們提出(chu)除了要把(ba)圖(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)建成資源(yuan)信息中(zhong)心(xin)之外(wai),還(huan)要建成學(xue)(xue)習交流中(zhong)心(xin)、文(wen)(wen)化(hua)活(huo)(huo)動(dong)(dong)中(zhong)心(xin)和宣傳(chuan)教育(yu)中(zhong)心(xin),實現由傳(chuan)統大(da)學(xue)(xue)圖(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)向一流、現代、新型大(da)學(xue)(xue)圖(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)轉型。這(zhe)種轉型實際上(shang)賦予圖(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)更多(duo)的(de)(de)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)功(gong)能,不斷(duan)拓(tuo)寬(kuan)圖(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)活(huo)(huo)動(dong)(dong)平臺(tai),成為學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)育(yu)人的(de)(de)重要渠道。近年來,圖(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)在做好(hao)常規(gui)服務(wu)的(de)(de)同時,大(da)量舉(ju)辦主題文(wen)(wen)化(hua)展(zhan)覽、館(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)藏(zang)推介(jie)、閱讀沙龍、專題講座、書(shu)(shu)評競賽(sai)和技能比賽(sai)等(deng),保持了館(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)內(nei)每月有新的(de)(de)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)展(zhan)示與(yu)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)活(huo)(huo)動(dong)(dong)的(de)(de)頻率,通過教師(shi)的(de)(de)讀書(shu)(shu)俱樂部與(yu)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)的(de)(de)讀者協會,與(yu)師(shi)生(sheng)建立了廣(guang)泛的(de)(de)聯(lian)系。以后,圖(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)要不斷(duan)把(ba)館(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)內(nei)各(ge)類文(wen)(wen)化(hua)活(huo)(huo)動(dong)(dong)搞好(hao)搞精彩,還(huan)要走(zou)出(chu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)舍,深入校(xiao)園,并且走(zou)出(chu)校(xiao)門,配合教學(xue)(xue)活(huo)(huo)動(dong)(dong)或師(shi)生(sheng)的(de)(de)專題活(huo)(huo)動(dong)(dong),開展(zhan)書(shu)(shu)香(xiang)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)服務(wu)。

  協同創新共同推進圖書文化育人工作

  文(wen)(wen)化育人(ren)與(yu)(yu)協(xie)同(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)育人(ren)、復(fu)(fu)合(he)(he)育人(ren)是(shi)(shi)緊(jin)密(mi)聯系(xi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)。新時(shi)期(qi)圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)文(wen)(wen)化育人(ren)的(de)(de)(de)(de)創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新,關鍵也(ye)在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)于(yu)協(xie)同(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)。協(xie),即(ji)協(xie)調(diao)(diao)、協(xie)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)、協(xie)助(zhu)(zhu),強(qiang)調(diao)(diao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)是(shi)(shi)合(he)(he)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)、互(hu)助(zhu)(zhu)、配(pei)合(he)(he),是(shi)(shi)相互(hu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)支(zhi)持(chi)與(yu)(yu)補(bu)充。同(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong),即(ji)同(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)行(xing)、同(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)心、同(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)力(li),強(qiang)調(diao)(diao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)是(shi)(shi)共(gong)(gong)同(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)行(xing)動、共(gong)(gong)同(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)目標(biao)、共(gong)(gong)同(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)利益,齊心協(xie)力(li)。協(xie)與(yu)(yu)同(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)結(jie)合(he)(he),注重的(de)(de)(de)(de)是(shi)(shi)整(zheng)體創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新,系(xi)統創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新,強(qiang)調(diao)(diao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)是(shi)(shi)全員力(li)量,相互(hu)配(pei)合(he)(he)。協(xie)同(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)文(wen)(wen)化育人(ren)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo),首先(xian)要(yao)(yao)準(zhun)確定位,不(bu)(bu)越位。在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)學校的(de)(de)(de)(de)總體創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)中(zhong),圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)主(zhu)(zhu)要(yao)(yao)是(shi)(shi)要(yao)(yao)做(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)好(hao)配(pei)角(jiao)(jiao)(jiao),做(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)好(hao)圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)信息基礎(chu)資(zi)(zi)源的(de)(de)(de)(de)保障服(fu)務。能保持(chi)清醒的(de)(de)(de)(de)頭腦(nao),又持(chi)有(you)(you)熱情(qing)的(de)(de)(de)(de)態(tai)度(du)(du),認真做(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)好(hao)自身(shen)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)。其次(ci)要(yao)(yao)謀求主(zhu)(zhu)動,不(bu)(bu)被(bei)動。創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新過程(cheng)是(shi)(shi)一(yi)(yi)個(ge)復(fu)(fu)雜的(de)(de)(de)(de)相互(hu)聯動時(shi)常動態(tai)變(bian)化的(de)(de)(de)(de)過程(cheng),在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)某一(yi)(yi)方面某一(yi)(yi)時(shi)刻,創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新的(de)(de)(de)(de)角(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)度(du)(du)、主(zhu)(zhu)體可(ke)能會發生變(bian)化,配(pei)角(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)也(ye)可(ke)能變(bian)為主(zhu)(zhu)角(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)。從系(xi)統工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)看,任何一(yi)(yi)個(ge)部(bu)分都(dou)是(shi)(shi)非常重要(yao)(yao)的(de)(de)(de)(de),配(pei)角(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)或(huo)輔(fu)(fu)助(zhu)(zhu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)沒做(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)好(hao),必將影響整(zheng)個(ge)創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新的(de)(de)(de)(de)效(xiao)果。同(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)時(shi),在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)協(xie)同(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新中(zhong)還有(you)(you)一(yi)(yi)個(ge)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)態(tai)度(du)(du)問題(ti),對(dui)配(pei)角(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)或(huo)輔(fu)(fu)助(zhu)(zhu)單位來說,我們(men)應(ying)當(dang)持(chi)一(yi)(yi)種(zhong)主(zhu)(zhu)動、積極的(de)(de)(de)(de)態(tai)度(du)(du)參與(yu)(yu)創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新。圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)資(zi)(zi)源建設應(ying)當(dang)是(shi)(shi)主(zhu)(zhu)動溝通教學科(ke)研人(ren)員,主(zhu)(zhu)動聽取使(shi)用(yong)主(zhu)(zhu)體意見,主(zhu)(zhu)動建設。對(dui)外(wai)服(fu)務應(ying)當(dang)主(zhu)(zhu)動走出去,主(zhu)(zhu)動、熱情(qing)為讀者服(fu)務。再次(ci)要(yao)(yao)內(nei)(nei)外(wai)聯動,不(bu)(bu)亂動,相互(hu)協(xie)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)配(pei)合(he)(he)。圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)館(guan)內(nei)(nei)要(yao)(yao)把(ba)各項工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)做(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)好(hao),提高(gao)(gao)效(xiao)率(lv),增(zeng)進活力(li),還要(yao)(yao)與(yu)(yu)校內(nei)(nei)各學院部(bu)門(men)聯動,搞(gao)好(hao)資(zi)(zi)源、環境(jing)與(yu)(yu)文(wen)(wen)化建設。同(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)時(shi)還要(yao)(yao)經常與(yu)(yu)本系(xi)統、與(yu)(yu)兄弟院校圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)、專業圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)、公共(gong)(gong)圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)加強(qiang)溝通,交流經驗,共(gong)(gong)同(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)促(cu)進圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)事業的(de)(de)(de)(de)發展。在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)復(fu)(fu)合(he)(he)式(shi)創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新型(xing)高(gao)(gao)素質高(gao)(gao)技能人(ren)才(cai)培養模(mo)式(shi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)改(gai)革中(zhong),圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)需要(yao)(yao)融入(ru)到學校乃至(zhi)省市、國家的(de)(de)(de)(de)協(xie)同(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新大平(ping)臺中(zhong)去,發揮著(zhu)自身(shen)的(de)(de)(de)(de)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)用(yong)。平(ping)臺有(you)(you)變(bian)化,創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新無(wu)止境(jing)。不(bu)(bu)管(guan)是(shi)(shi)橫向縱向,不(bu)(bu)管(guan)是(shi)(shi)內(nei)(nei)部(bu)外(wai)部(bu),不(bu)(bu)管(guan)是(shi)(shi)主(zhu)(zhu)體任務還是(shi)(shi)輔(fu)(fu)助(zhu)(zhu)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo),圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)都(dou)要(yao)(yao)牢固樹立協(xie)同(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)意識、創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新意識、文(wen)(wen)化育人(ren)意識,做(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)好(hao)自己的(de)(de)(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo),做(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)出應(ying)有(you)(you)的(de)(de)(de)(de)貢(gong)獻。
