技能人才內涵的豐富與育人平臺的擴充

文化育人的使命與圖書工作的新挑戰
深(shen)入落實“文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)育(yu)人”的人才培養(yang)理念,一方面要(yao)求圖書文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)升華拓展(zhan),衍(yan)進到書香(xiang)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua),進而(er)推動書香(xiang)校園,促進校園文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)大發展(zhan),另一方面也從文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)建設的角度(du)對圖書館的具體工(gong)作(zuo)提出了(le)新的要(yao)求。
1、豐富(fu)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)資(zi)(zi)(zi)源(yuan)——夯實文(wen)(wen)化(hua)根基(ji)。資(zi)(zi)(zi)源(yuan)建設(she)(she)是(shi)(shi)圖書館永恒的(de)主題(ti),今后應有三個轉變,一是(shi)(shi)重視(shi)資(zi)(zi)(zi)源(yuan)的(de)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)內涵,二是(shi)(shi)要優化(hua)結構,三是(shi)(shi)重點(dian)抓好特(te)色資(zi)(zi)(zi)源(yuan)建設(she)(she)。圖書資(zi)(zi)(zi)源(yuan)建設(she)(she)實則是(shi)(shi)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)資(zi)(zi)(zi)源(yuan)建設(she)(she),是(shi)(shi)書香文(wen)(wen)化(hua)與校園文(wen)(wen)化(hua)發(fa)展的(de)基(ji)礎。為形(xing)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)資(zi)(zi)(zi)源(yuan)的(de)針(zhen)對性(xing)、有效(xiao)性(xing)與文(wen)(wen)化(hua)特(te)色,應進一步與學(xue)校各部門(men)及校外(wai)單(dan)位(wei)合(he)作,加(jia)(jia)強(qiang)合(he)作資(zi)(zi)(zi)源(yuan)、特(te)色資(zi)(zi)(zi)源(yuan)建設(she)(she),加(jia)(jia)強(qiang)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)專(zhuan)題(ti)如職業素(su)養(yang)、地(di)方文(wen)(wen)化(hua)、高職文(wen)(wen)化(hua)的(de)收藏(zang),一旦(dan)形(xing)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)規模,就進行歸納整理,集(ji)中收藏(zang),建立專(zhuan)題(ti)文(wen)(wen)庫。日(ri)常采購(gou)(gou)中,應有意識地(di)進行專(zhuan)題(ti)采購(gou)(gou),形(xing)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)特(te)色文(wen)(wen)化(hua)藏(zang)書。也可發(fa)揮博物館功能,收集(ji)地(di)方文(wen)(wen)化(hua)資(zi)(zi)(zi)料、非(fei)物質遺產,接(jie)受私人專(zhuan)題(ti)藏(zang)品,形(xing)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)專(zhuan)題(ti)數據庫或特(te)藏(zang)室。
2、優化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)——延伸(shen)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)魅力。圖(tu)書(shu)館(guan)(guan)是(shi)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)機(ji)構,傳(chuan)統圖(tu)書(shu)館(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)(de)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)比較(jiao)簡單,而現代圖(tu)書(shu)館(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)(de)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)應(ying)更(geng)注(zhu)重文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)性,通過(guo)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)影響師(shi)生(sheng),通過(guo)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)來育人。優化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)關鍵要做到(dao)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)的(de)(de)(de)多樣(yang)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)、個性化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua),日常應(ying)建立一(yi)套(tao)基(ji)本的(de)(de)(de)能滿足讀者需求的(de)(de)(de)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)體系,在(zai)此基(ji)礎上,要強化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)專業圖(tu)書(shu)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu),開(kai)展文(wen)獻信(xin)息的(de)(de)(de)個性化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu),滿足教師(shi)或重點(dian)團隊在(zai)縱深層次的(de)(de)(de)教學科研活動中對文(wen)獻信(xin)息的(de)(de)(de)個性需求,其次要在(zai)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)細節(jie)、服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)態度、服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)方法上下功夫(fu),引進新技術(shu)讓服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)效率更(geng)高(gao),服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)范圍(wei)更(geng)廣(guang),如微博、短信(xin)、聊天群(qun)、手機(ji)圖(tu)書(shu)館(guan)(guan)、虛擬圖(tu)書(shu)館(guan)(guan)等,促進與讀者的(de)(de)(de)信(xin)息交流,文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)互動。
3、廣開文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)活動(dong)——拓寬(kuan)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)平臺。圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)是校園師(shi)生最重(zhong)要(yao)(yao)的(de)(de)(de)聚集(ji)之地。面(mian)向未(wei)來,我們提(ti)出(chu)(chu)除了(le)要(yao)(yao)把圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)建成(cheng)資源信(xin)息(xi)中(zhong)心(xin)(xin)之外,還要(yao)(yao)建成(cheng)學習(xi)交(jiao)流(liu)中(zhong)心(xin)(xin)、文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)活動(dong)中(zhong)心(xin)(xin)和宣(xuan)傳教(jiao)育中(zhong)心(xin)(xin),實現由傳統大學圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)向一(yi)流(liu)、現代、新型大學圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)(de)轉型。這種轉型實際上(shang)賦予圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)更多的(de)(de)(de)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)功能,不斷拓寬(kuan)圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)(de)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)活動(dong)平臺,成(cheng)為學校育人(ren)的(de)(de)(de)重(zhong)要(yao)(yao)渠(qu)道(dao)。近年來,圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)在做好常規(gui)服(fu)(fu)務的(de)(de)(de)同(tong)時,大量舉辦主題(ti)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)展覽、館(guan)(guan)(guan)藏推介、閱讀(du)沙龍、專題(ti)講座、書(shu)(shu)評競賽(sai)和技能比(bi)賽(sai)等,保持了(le)館(guan)(guan)(guan)內(nei)每(mei)月有(you)新的(de)(de)(de)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)展示(shi)與文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)活動(dong)的(de)(de)(de)頻率,通過教(jiao)師(shi)的(de)(de)(de)讀(du)書(shu)(shu)俱樂部與學生的(de)(de)(de)讀(du)者協會,與師(shi)生建立了(le)廣泛的(de)(de)(de)聯系。以后(hou),圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)要(yao)(yao)不斷把館(guan)(guan)(guan)內(nei)各類(lei)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)活動(dong)搞好搞精彩(cai),還要(yao)(yao)走出(chu)(chu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)舍(she),深入校園,并且走出(chu)(chu)校門,配合教(jiao)學活動(dong)或師(shi)生的(de)(de)(de)專題(ti)活動(dong),開展書(shu)(shu)香文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)務。
協同創新共同推進圖書文化育人工作
