[理念創新] 圖書文化到書香校園再到文化育人

  圖(tu)書(shu)特有的(de)(de)文(wen)化底蘊和文(wen)化地位,對(dui)整個社(she)會的(de)(de)文(wen)化大發展,甚而對(dui)經濟、科研、社(she)會文(wen)明(ming)等方面的(de)(de)進步起著舉足輕重的(de)(de)作(zuo)用。圖(tu)書(shu)館作(zuo)為古(gu)今中(zhong)外最(zui)重要的(de)(de)藏書(shu)場(chang)所(suo)、文(wen)化天地,肩(jian)負著特別的(de)(de)文(wen)化使命(ming)(ming)和任(ren)務。高(gao)校圖(tu)書(shu)館在(zai)為教學科研服(fu)務的(de)(de)同時,更有著直接(jie)參與文(wen)化育人的(de)(de)重要使命(ming)(ming)。

  技能人才內涵的豐富與育人平臺的擴充

  培養“復合式創新(xin)型高(gao)素質高(gao)技(ji)能(neng)人(ren)(ren)才(cai)”,是新(xin)時期對職業(ye)院校提出(chu)的(de)(de)新(xin)要(yao)求(qiu),符(fu)合市場對新(xin)型技(ji)能(neng)人(ren)(ren)才(cai)的(de)(de)新(xin)變化(hua),也切合技(ji)能(neng)人(ren)(ren)才(cai)未(wei)來發展的(de)(de)方向。全面(mian)推進“文(wen)化(hua)育人(ren)(ren)、復合育人(ren)(ren)、協同育人(ren)(ren)”人(ren)(ren)才(cai)培養模(mo)式改革,對職業(ye)院校的(de)(de)發展與教育教學提出(chu)了(le)新(xin)的(de)(de)挑(tiao)戰,也說明了(le)新(xin)型技(ji)能(neng)人(ren)(ren)才(cai)培育的(de)(de)復雜性。作為傳統的(de)(de)文(wen)化(hua)主體部門、教學輔助單(dan)位,圖書館理當主動(dong)參與到文(wen)化(hua)育人(ren)(ren)工作中。

  從單一的(de)(de)(de)(de)專業要(yao)(yao)求(qiu)到(dao)(dao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)科(ke)或專業群要(yao)(yao)求(qiu),從適應崗位(wei)到(dao)(dao)工作創(chuang)新(xin),從“工具”人到(dao)(dao)以(yi)人為(wei)本綜合(he)發(fa)展,現代技能人才的(de)(de)(de)(de)理念(nian)與(yu)(yu)定位(wei)有根本性轉(zhuan)變(bian),對高校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)館而言,自身定位(wei)與(yu)(yu)工作責任必(bi)須進(jin)行變(bian)革。第(di)一,努(nu)力(li)拓(tuo)展圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)的(de)(de)(de)(de)內(nei)涵(han),必(bi)須要(yao)(yao)跳出圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)看到(dao)(dao)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua),創(chuang)新(xin)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)華(hua)到(dao)(dao)育(yu)(yu)人。圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)館要(yao)(yao)以(yi)育(yu)(yu)人為(wei)中(zhong)(zhong)心開展資(zi)源建設(she)和(he)服務(wu)提升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng),依復合(he)型(xing)、創(chuang)新(xin)型(xing)要(yao)(yao)求(qiu)來采購圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)、完善(shan)閱讀環境(jing),開展多層次的(de)(de)(de)(de)個(ge)(ge)性化(hua)(hua)(hua)服務(wu),更(geng)要(yao)(yao)走出圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)館,參(can)與(yu)(yu)到(dao)(dao)育(yu)(yu)人工作的(de)(de)(de)(de)第(di)一線。圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)館可以(yi)全程介入教(jiao)與(yu)(yu)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)的(de)(de)(de)(de)整個(ge)(ge)過(guo)程,從而在實踐(jian)中(zhong)(zhong)使圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)轉(zhuan)化(hua)(hua)(hua)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)香文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua),擴大(da)(da)圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)的(de)(de)(de)(de)內(nei)涵(han)與(yu)(yu)外延,著(zhu)力(li)推動(dong)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)園(yuan)(yuan)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)的(de)(de)(de)(de)大(da)(da)發(fa)展。第(di)二,著(zhu)力(li)打造新(xin)型(xing)的(de)(de)(de)(de)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)香校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)園(yuan)(yuan)。文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)育(yu)(yu)人的(de)(de)(de)(de)展開,不僅是文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)素養課程的(de)(de)(de)(de)開設(she)問題,更(geng)重要(yao)(yao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)是文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)大(da)(da)環境(jing)與(yu)(yu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)育(yu)(yu)人新(xin)渠道(dao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)建設(she)問題,推進(jin)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)香校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)園(yuan)(yuan)建設(she),是一個(ge)(ge)重要(yao)(yao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)切入點。要(yao)(yao)讓學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)愛(ai)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)、看書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)、戀書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu),讓書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)之香彌漫校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)園(yuan)(yuan),使校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)園(yuan)(yuan)人文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)氣息濃郁。第(di)三,不斷放(fang)大(da)(da)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)育(yu)(yu)人的(de)(de)(de)(de)功能。學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)建設(she)與(yu)(yu)創(chuang)新(xin)十分(fen)重要(yao)(yao),書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)香文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)是校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)園(yuan)(yuan)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)重要(yao)(yao)部(bu)分(fen)。在書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)香校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)園(yuan)(yuan)與(yu)(yu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)建設(she)中(zhong)(zhong),應該根據(ju)時(shi)代需要(yao)(yao)、學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)特(te)色,組織(zhi)各方面(mian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)力(li)量(liang),從不同角度完善(shan)、充(chong)實、放(fang)大(da)(da)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)育(yu)(yu)人功能。要(yao)(yao)將(jiang)教(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)、研究(jiu)、社會(hui)服務(wu)、文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)創(chuang)新(xin)與(yu)(yu)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)全面(mian)成(cheng)長(chang)相結合(he),激(ji)勵教(jiao)師投身于(yu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)創(chuang)新(xin)創(chuang)造中(zhong)(zhong)來。抓住(zhu)德育(yu)(yu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)主線,用不同形式和(he)方法提高學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)社會(hui)公德、職業道(dao)德與(yu)(yu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)品德。要(yao)(yao)把文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)凝聚(ju)上升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)到(dao)(dao)大(da)(da)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)精神,以(yi)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)為(wei)基礎(chu),逐步形成(cheng)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)獨有的(de)(de)(de)(de)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)品牌、文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)特(te)色、文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)風格與(yu)(yu)精神內(nei)核,塑造學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng),提升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)素養。

  文化育人的使命與圖書工作的新挑戰

  深入落實“文化(hua)(hua)育人”的(de)人才培養理念,一方面要求(qiu)圖書(shu)文化(hua)(hua)升(sheng)華拓展,衍進(jin)到書(shu)香文化(hua)(hua),進(jin)而推動書(shu)香校園,促進(jin)校園文化(hua)(hua)大發展,另一方面也(ye)從(cong)文化(hua)(hua)建設的(de)角度對圖書(shu)館的(de)具體(ti)工(gong)作(zuo)提出了新的(de)要求(qiu)。

  1、豐富文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)資(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)——夯(hang)實(shi)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)根(gen)基(ji)。資(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)建(jian)(jian)(jian)設是圖(tu)書(shu)館永恒的主題(ti)(ti)(ti),今(jin)后應有三個轉變,一是重(zhong)(zhong)視資(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)的文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)內(nei)涵,二是要優化(hua)結構,三是重(zhong)(zhong)點抓好特(te)色(se)(se)資(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)建(jian)(jian)(jian)設。圖(tu)書(shu)資(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)建(jian)(jian)(jian)設實(shi)則是文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)資(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)建(jian)(jian)(jian)設,是書(shu)香文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)與(yu)(yu)校園文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)發展的基(ji)礎。為形(xing)(xing)成資(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)的針對性(xing)、有效性(xing)與(yu)(yu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)特(te)色(se)(se),應進(jin)一步與(yu)(yu)學校各部門及校外單(dan)位合作,加強(qiang)合作資(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)、特(te)色(se)(se)資(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)建(jian)(jian)(jian)設,加強(qiang)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)專(zhuan)題(ti)(ti)(ti)如職業素養(yang)、地方(fang)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)、高職文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)的收藏(zang),一旦形(xing)(xing)成規模,就進(jin)行(xing)歸納整(zheng)理,集(ji)中(zhong)收藏(zang),建(jian)(jian)(jian)立(li)專(zhuan)題(ti)(ti)(ti)文(wen)(wen)(wen)庫。日常(chang)采(cai)購中(zhong),應有意識(shi)地進(jin)行(xing)專(zhuan)題(ti)(ti)(ti)采(cai)購,形(xing)(xing)成特(te)色(se)(se)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)藏(zang)書(shu)。也可發揮博物館功能,收集(ji)地方(fang)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)資(zi)料、非(fei)物質遺產(chan),接受私人專(zhuan)題(ti)(ti)(ti)藏(zang)品,形(xing)(xing)成專(zhuan)題(ti)(ti)(ti)數(shu)據庫或(huo)特(te)藏(zang)室。

  2、優(you)化(hua)(hua)(hua)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)——延伸文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)魅力。圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)是服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)機(ji)構,傳統圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)的(de)(de)(de)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)比(bi)較簡單,而現(xian)代圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)的(de)(de)(de)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)應更注重文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)性(xing),通(tong)(tong)過(guo)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)影響(xiang)師(shi)生,通(tong)(tong)過(guo)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)來育人。優(you)化(hua)(hua)(hua)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)關鍵要(yao)(yao)做到(dao)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)的(de)(de)(de)多樣化(hua)(hua)(hua)、個性(xing)化(hua)(hua)(hua),日常(chang)應建立一套基本的(de)(de)(de)能滿足(zu)讀者需求的(de)(de)(de)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)體系,在此基礎上,要(yao)(yao)強(qiang)化(hua)(hua)(hua)專業圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu),開展文(wen)(wen)(wen)獻信(xin)息(xi)的(de)(de)(de)個性(xing)化(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu),滿足(zu)教師(shi)或重點團隊在縱深層次的(de)(de)(de)教學科研活動中對文(wen)(wen)(wen)獻信(xin)息(xi)的(de)(de)(de)個性(xing)需求,其次要(yao)(yao)在服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)細節、服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)態度、服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)方法上下(xia)功夫,引進新技術(shu)讓服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)效率更高,服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)范(fan)圍(wei)更廣(guang),如微博、短信(xin)、聊天群、手機(ji)圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)、虛擬圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)等,促進與讀者的(de)(de)(de)信(xin)息(xi)交流,文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)互動。

  3、廣開(kai)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)活(huo)(huo)動(dong)——拓寬文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)平臺。圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)是校(xiao)(xiao)園師生(sheng)最重要的(de)(de)(de)聚集之(zhi)地。面向未來(lai),我們提出除了(le)要把圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)建(jian)成(cheng)資源(yuan)信息(xi)中(zhong)心(xin)之(zhi)外,還要建(jian)成(cheng)學(xue)習交流中(zhong)心(xin)、文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)活(huo)(huo)動(dong)中(zhong)心(xin)和(he)宣傳教(jiao)育(yu)中(zhong)心(xin),實現由(you)傳統大學(xue)圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)向一(yi)流、現代、新型(xing)大學(xue)圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)(de)轉(zhuan)型(xing)。這(zhe)種轉(zhuan)型(xing)實際上賦予(yu)圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)更多(duo)的(de)(de)(de)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)功能,不(bu)斷(duan)拓寬圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)(de)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)活(huo)(huo)動(dong)平臺,成(cheng)為學(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)育(yu)人的(de)(de)(de)重要渠(qu)道。近年(nian)來(lai),圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)在做好(hao)常規服務的(de)(de)(de)同(tong)時,大量舉辦主題文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)展覽、館(guan)(guan)(guan)藏推介(jie)、閱讀沙龍、專題講(jiang)座、書(shu)(shu)(shu)評競賽(sai)(sai)和(he)技能比賽(sai)(sai)等(deng),保持了(le)館(guan)(guan)(guan)內每月有新的(de)(de)(de)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)展示與文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)活(huo)(huo)動(dong)的(de)(de)(de)頻率,通過教(jiao)師的(de)(de)(de)讀書(shu)(shu)(shu)俱(ju)樂部與學(xue)生(sheng)的(de)(de)(de)讀者協會,與師生(sheng)建(jian)立(li)了(le)廣泛的(de)(de)(de)聯系。以后,圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)要不(bu)斷(duan)把館(guan)(guan)(guan)內各(ge)類文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)活(huo)(huo)動(dong)搞(gao)好(hao)搞(gao)精彩,還要走出館(guan)(guan)(guan)舍,深入校(xiao)(xiao)園,并且走出校(xiao)(xiao)門,配合教(jiao)學(xue)活(huo)(huo)動(dong)或師生(sheng)的(de)(de)(de)專題活(huo)(huo)動(dong),開(kai)展書(shu)(shu)(shu)香文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)服務。
