[典型人物]宋李翔:以“領頭雁”之姿 守初心 蓄勢行

宋(song)李(li)翔,中(zhong)共黨員(yuan),數創(chuang)學(xue)(xue)院(yuan)學(xue)(xue)工辦負責人。雖說是今年(nian)初從(cong)管(guan)理學(xue)(xue)院(yuan)輪(lun)崗來到數創(chuang)學(xue)(xue)院(yuan),但從(cong)進(jin)校伊始,宋(song)李(li)翔已在學(xue)(xue)生管(guan)理工作崗位辛勤(qin)耕(geng)耘九個年(nian)頭,是學(xue)(xue)校學(xue)(xue)工隊伍中(zhong)品格優秀(xiu)、勤(qin)勉擔當、經驗豐富的中(zhong)堅力量。

自“不忘初(chu)心,牢(lao)記使命”主題教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)工作(zuo)開展(zhan)以來,宋李翔積極(ji)響應校(xiao)黨(dang)(dang)委和學(xue)(xue)院(yuan)黨(dang)(dang)總支(zhi)的(de)號召,根(gen)據學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)黨(dang)(dang)委和學(xue)(xue)院(yuan)有關“不忘初(chu)心,牢(lao)記使命”主題教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)統一(yi)部(bu)(bu)署和安排(pai),積極(ji)組織學(xue)(xue)院(yuan)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)支(zhi)部(bu)(bu)的(de)各項工作(zuo),將黨(dang)(dang)建工作(zuo)與學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)日(ri)常工作(zuo)同部(bu)(bu)署、共落實(shi)(shi),找(zhao)準基(ji)層黨(dang)(dang)支(zhi)部(bu)(bu)建設的(de)重點,扎(zha)實(shi)(shi)推進各項工作(zuo)的(de)開展(zhan),工作(zuo)中以身(shen)作(zuo)則、身(shen)先士卒、貼(tie)近學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)、貼(tie)近工作(zuo)實(shi)(shi)際、貼(tie)近工作(zuo)隊伍,服務于(yu)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)成長成才,展(zhan)現了學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)黨(dang)(dang)支(zhi)部(bu)(bu)書記應有的(de)風采(cai)。

“育”字當頭 對學生的思想政治教育一直在路上

宋(song)李翔老師工作(zuo)中敢(gan)于(yu)擔當,身(shen)先士卒,高度自(zi)(zi)律(lv)。每天早上提前一(yi)(yi)(yi)個(ge)小時(shi)(shi)(shi)趕(gan)到(dao)(dao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校開始工作(zuo),下午最后(hou)一(yi)(yi)(yi)個(ge)離開辦公(gong)室,關愛團隊(dui)(dui)(dui)成(cheng)員(yuan),注(zhu)重學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)工隊(dui)(dui)(dui)伍內部建設,通(tong)過(guo)(guo)專(zhuan)題研(yan)討、團隊(dui)(dui)(dui)成(cheng)員(yuan)談(tan)(tan)心(xin)談(tan)(tan)話(hua)、團隊(dui)(dui)(dui)活(huo)(huo)動等方(fang)式(shi)為學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)工辦營造出團結協作(zuo),拼搏奉獻的(de)(de)(de)(de)工作(zuo)氛圍。每周2次實(shi)地檢查(cha)新(xin)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)早修(xiu)情(qing)況,及(ji)時(shi)(shi)(shi)向新(xin)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)輔導員(yuan)反饋(kui)早晚修(xiu)情(qing)況。積極通(tong)過(guo)(guo)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)一(yi)(yi)(yi)對一(yi)(yi)(yi)談(tan)(tan)話(hua)、走訪(fang)宿(su)舍、學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)代表(biao)座談(tan)(tan)等形(xing)式(shi)傾(qing)聽(ting)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)聲音,了解(jie)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)思想動態(tai),及(ji)時(shi)(shi)(shi)為學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)排憂解(jie)難。自(zi)(zi)開展(zhan)主(zhu)(zhu)題教育工作(zuo)以來,主(zhu)(zhu)持學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)座談(tan)(tan)會2場,學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)一(yi)(yi)(yi)對一(yi)(yi)(yi)談(tan)(tan)話(hua)80人(ren)(ren)次,宿(su)舍走訪(fang)4次。工作(zuo)中能根據學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)專(zhuan)業和培(pei)養特點(dian),有針(zhen)對性的(de)(de)(de)(de)開展(zhan)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)活(huo)(huo)動,與(yu)(yu)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)打成(cheng)一(yi)(yi)(yi)片(pian),將(jiang)活(huo)(huo)動育人(ren)(ren)、文化育人(ren)(ren)理念(nian)落實(shi)到(dao)(dao)位。同時(shi)(shi)(shi)對學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)業后(hou)進的(de)(de)(de)(de)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)絕不(bu)(bu)放(fang)棄引導教育,而(er)是(shi)通(tong)過(guo)(guo)嚴要求,敢(gan)碰硬的(de)(de)(de)(de)態(tai)度與(yu)(yu)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)家長、班主(zhu)(zhu)任、輔導員(yuan)一(yi)(yi)(yi)起進行后(hou)進學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)教育引導。羅馬城(cheng)不(bu)(bu)是(shi)一(yi)(yi)(yi)天建成(cheng)的(de)(de)(de)(de),一(yi)(yi)(yi)流的(de)(de)(de)(de)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)工作(zuo)團隊(dui)(dui)(dui)建設也不(bu)(bu)是(shi)一(yi)(yi)(yi)朝一(yi)(yi)(yi)夕,唯(wei)有通(tong)過(guo)(guo)嚴于(yu)律(lv)己(ji)的(de)(de)(de)(de)作(zuo)風和正能量的(de)(de)(de)(de)積極傳遞才能讓新(xin)時(shi)(shi)(shi)期學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)黨支部的(de)(de)(de)(de)建設與(yu)(yu)時(shi)(shi)(shi)俱進,勇往直前。
