
宋李(li)翔(xiang)(xiang),中(zhong)共黨員,數創學(xue)院(yuan)(yuan)學(xue)工(gong)辦負責人。雖說是今(jin)年初從管理學(xue)院(yuan)(yuan)輪崗(gang)來(lai)到數創學(xue)院(yuan)(yuan),但從進校(xiao)伊(yi)始,宋李(li)翔(xiang)(xiang)已在學(xue)生管理工(gong)作崗(gang)位辛(xin)勤(qin)耕耘九個年頭,是學(xue)校(xiao)學(xue)工(gong)隊伍中(zhong)品格優秀、勤(qin)勉擔當(dang)、經驗豐富的中(zhong)堅(jian)力(li)量。
自“不(bu)忘初(chu)心,牢記使命”主(zhu)題教育(yu)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作開(kai)展(zhan)以來,宋李翔積(ji)極響應校(xiao)黨委和(he)學(xue)院(yuan)黨總支(zhi)的號(hao)召,根據學(xue)校(xiao)黨委和(he)學(xue)院(yuan)有(you)關“不(bu)忘初(chu)心,牢記使命”主(zhu)題教育(yu)統(tong)一部署(shu)(shu)和(he)安排,積(ji)極組織學(xue)院(yuan)學(xue)生支(zhi)部的各項(xiang)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作,將(jiang)黨建(jian)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作與學(xue)生日常工(gong)(gong)(gong)作同部署(shu)(shu)、共(gong)落實,找準基層(ceng)黨支(zhi)部建(jian)設的重點,扎實推(tui)進各項(xiang)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作的開(kai)展(zhan),工(gong)(gong)(gong)作中以身作則、身先士(shi)卒(zu)、貼(tie)(tie)近(jin)(jin)學(xue)生、貼(tie)(tie)近(jin)(jin)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作實際、貼(tie)(tie)近(jin)(jin)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作隊伍,服(fu)務于學(xue)生成長成才(cai),展(zhan)現(xian)了學(xue)生黨支(zhi)部書記應有(you)的風采。
“育”字當頭 對學生的思想政治教育一直在路上

)門工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)水平(ping)(ping)。半(ban)年(nian)來2次(ci)主(zhu)動(dong)(dong)聯(lian)系學(xue)(xue)(xue)校心(xin)(xin)理(li)(li)(li)咨詢中心(xin)(xin),通(tong)過借(jie)助(zhu)(zhu)專(zhuan)業力(li)量提(ti)升(sheng)對重點(dian)關注(zhu)(zhu)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生的(de)管(guan)理(li)(li)(li)能力(li)和(he)應(ying)對水平(ping)(ping)。積極(ji)發揮新(xin)媒體(ti)平(ping)(ping)臺在(zai)(zai)思想政治教(jiao)育中的(de)陣地作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)用(yong),組織策劃迎新(xin)系列推文(wen)(wen)、國(guo)慶(qing)70周年(nian)系列活(huo)動(dong)(dong)、強(qiang)國(guo)青(qing)(qing)(qing)年(nian)說推文(wen)(wen)等(deng)宣傳(chuan)推文(wen)(wen),深受新(xin)生歡迎。
“勤”字當勉 打造一流學生工作團隊任重道遠

宋李翔老師(shi)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)中(zhong)敢于擔(dan)當,身(shen)先士(shi)卒,高度自律。每(mei)天早上提(ti)前(qian)一(yi)個小時趕到學(xue)(xue)(xue)校開(kai)(kai)始工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo),下午最(zui)后(hou)(hou)(hou)一(yi)個離開(kai)(kai)辦(ban)公(gong)室(shi),關愛團隊(dui)成(cheng)(cheng)員,注重學(xue)(xue)(xue)工(gong)隊(dui)伍(wu)內(nei)部建(jian)設(she),通過(guo)(guo)(guo)專題(ti)研討(tao)、團隊(dui)成(cheng)(cheng)員談(tan)(tan)心談(tan)(tan)話、團隊(dui)活動等方式為(wei)學(xue)(xue)(xue)工(gong)辦(ban)營造出團結(jie)協作(zuo)(zuo),拼搏奉獻的工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)氛圍。每(mei)周(zhou)2次(ci)實地(di)檢查新生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)早修(xiu)(xiu)情(qing)況(kuang),及時向新生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)輔導員反(fan)饋(kui)早晚修(xiu)(xiu)情(qing)況(kuang)。積極通過(guo)(guo)(guo)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)一(yi)對(dui)(dui)一(yi)談(tan)(tan)話、走訪(fang)宿舍、學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)代表座談(tan)(tan)等形式傾聽學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)聲(sheng)音,了解學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)思想動態,及時為(wei)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)排憂(you)解難。自開(kai)(kai)展主題(ti)教育(yu)(yu)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)以來,主持學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)座談(tan)(tan)會2場,學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)一(yi)對(dui)(dui)一(yi)談(tan)(tan)話80人次(ci),宿舍走訪(fang)4次(ci)。工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)中(zhong)能根據學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)專業和培養特點,有針對(dui)(dui)性(xing)的開(kai)(kai)展學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)活動,與(yu)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)打(da)成(cheng)(cheng)一(yi)片,將活動育(yu)(yu)人、文(wen)化(hua)育(yu)(yu)人理念落實到位(wei)。同(tong)時對(dui)(dui)學(xue)(xue)(xue)業后(hou)(hou)(hou)進的學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)絕不放(fang)棄引(yin)導教育(yu)(yu),而(er)是通過(guo)(guo)(guo)嚴要求,敢碰硬的態度與(yu)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)家長、班(ban)主任、輔導員一(yi)起進行后(hou)(hou)(hou)進學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)的教育(yu)(yu)引(yin)導。羅馬(ma)城不是一(yi)天建(jian)成(cheng)(cheng)的,一(yi)流(liu)的學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)團隊(dui)建(jian)設(she)也不是一(yi)朝一(yi)夕,唯有通過(guo)(guo)(guo)嚴于律己的作(zuo)(zuo)風和正能量的積極傳(chuan)遞才能讓新時期(qi)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)黨支部的建(jian)設(she)與(yu)時俱進,勇往(wang)直前(qian)。
