[典型人物]宋李翔:以“領頭雁”之姿 守初心 蓄勢行

宋李(li)翔(xiang),中共黨員(yuan),數創學(xue)(xue)院學(xue)(xue)工(gong)(gong)辦負責人(ren)。雖說是今年初從管理學(xue)(xue)院輪崗(gang)來到(dao)數創學(xue)(xue)院,但從進校(xiao)伊始,宋李(li)翔(xiang)已在學(xue)(xue)生管理工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)崗(gang)位辛勤耕耘九個(ge)年頭(tou),是學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)學(xue)(xue)工(gong)(gong)隊伍(wu)中品格優秀、勤勉擔當、經驗豐富的中堅力量。

自“不忘初(chu)(chu)心,牢(lao)記(ji)使命”主題教育工(gong)作(zuo)開展以來(lai),宋李翔(xiang)積極(ji)響應校(xiao)黨(dang)(dang)委(wei)和(he)學(xue)院黨(dang)(dang)總支(zhi)的號召,根據學(xue)校(xiao)黨(dang)(dang)委(wei)和(he)學(xue)院有關“不忘初(chu)(chu)心,牢(lao)記(ji)使命”主題教育統一部署和(he)安排,積極(ji)組織學(xue)院學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)支(zhi)部的各(ge)項工(gong)作(zuo),將黨(dang)(dang)建工(gong)作(zuo)與學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)日常工(gong)作(zuo)同(tong)部署、共落實(shi),找準(zhun)基層黨(dang)(dang)支(zhi)部建設(she)的重點,扎實(shi)推進(jin)各(ge)項工(gong)作(zuo)的開展,工(gong)作(zuo)中以身作(zuo)則、身先(xian)士卒、貼(tie)(tie)近(jin)(jin)學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)、貼(tie)(tie)近(jin)(jin)工(gong)作(zuo)實(shi)際、貼(tie)(tie)近(jin)(jin)工(gong)作(zuo)隊伍(wu),服務(wu)于學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)成長成才,展現了學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)黨(dang)(dang)支(zhi)部書記(ji)應有的風采。

“育”字當頭 對學生的思想政治教育一直在路上

e)深(shen)度(du)融合。工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)中注(zhu)(zhu)意整(zheng)合資源,借助外力(li)(li)(li)提升部(bu)(bu)門工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)水(shui)平(ping)(ping)。半(ban)年來2次主動(dong)聯系(xi)學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)心理(li)(li)咨詢中心,通(tong)過(guo)借助專(zhuan)業(ye)力(li)(li)(li)量提升對(dui)重(zhong)點(dian)(dian)(dian)關注(zhu)(zhu)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)的(de)(de)管(guan)理(li)(li)能(neng)力(li)(li)(li)和(he)應對(dui)水(shui)平(ping)(ping)。積(ji)極(ji)發揮新(xin)媒(mei)體平(ping)(ping)臺在(zai)思(si)想政(zheng)治教(jiao)育(yu)中的(de)(de)陣地(di)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)用,組(zu)織(zhi)策劃迎新(xin)系(xi)列推文、國(guo)(guo)慶(qing)70周年系(xi)列活動(dong)、強國(guo)(guo)青(qing)(qing)(qing)年說推文等宣(xuan)傳推文,深(shen)受新(xin)生(sheng)(sheng)歡迎。

宋李翔老(lao)師工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)中敢(gan)于(yu)擔當,身先士卒,高度(du)自律(lv)。每天(tian)早(zao)上提(ti)前一(yi)(yi)個(ge)小時趕到(dao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)校開(kai)(kai)(kai)始工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo),下午最后(hou)一(yi)(yi)個(ge)離(li)開(kai)(kai)(kai)辦(ban)公(gong)室,關愛團(tuan)隊(dui)成(cheng)員,注重學(xue)(xue)(xue)工(gong)隊(dui)伍內(nei)部(bu)建設(she),通(tong)過(guo)(guo)專(zhuan)(zhuan)題研(yan)討、團(tuan)隊(dui)成(cheng)員談(tan)心談(tan)話、團(tuan)隊(dui)活動等方式為學(xue)(xue)(xue)工(gong)辦(ban)營(ying)造出團(tuan)結協作(zuo)(zuo),拼搏奉獻的(de)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)氛圍。每周2次(ci)(ci)實地(di)檢(jian)查新生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)早(zao)修情(qing)況,及時向新生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)輔導(dao)員反饋早(zao)晚修情(qing)況。積(ji)極(ji)通(tong)過(guo)(guo)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)一(yi)(yi)對(dui)一(yi)(yi)談(tan)話、走(zou)(zou)訪(fang)宿舍、學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)代(dai)表座(zuo)談(tan)等形式傾聽學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)聲(sheng)音(yin),了(le)解學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)思(si)想動態(tai),及時為學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)排憂解難。自開(kai)(kai)(kai)展主題教育(yu)(yu)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)以來,主持學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)座(zuo)談(tan)會2場,學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)一(yi)(yi)對(dui)一(yi)(yi)談(tan)話80人(ren)次(ci)(ci),宿舍走(zou)(zou)訪(fang)4次(ci)(ci)。工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)中能根據學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)專(zhuan)(zhuan)業和培養(yang)特點,有針(zhen)對(dui)性的(de)開(kai)(kai)(kai)展學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)活動,與學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)打成(cheng)一(yi)(yi)片(pian),將活動育(yu)(yu)人(ren)、文化育(yu)(yu)人(ren)理念落實到(dao)位。同時對(dui)學(xue)(xue)(xue)業后(hou)進(jin)(jin)的(de)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)絕不放棄引(yin)導(dao)教育(yu)(yu),而是通(tong)過(guo)(guo)嚴(yan)要求,敢(gan)碰硬的(de)態(tai)度(du)與學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)家長、班主任(ren)、輔導(dao)員一(yi)(yi)起進(jin)(jin)行后(hou)進(jin)(jin)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)的(de)教育(yu)(yu)引(yin)導(dao)。羅馬(ma)城(cheng)不是一(yi)(yi)天(tian)建成(cheng)的(de),一(yi)(yi)流的(de)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)團(tuan)隊(dui)建設(she)也不是一(yi)(yi)朝一(yi)(yi)夕,唯有通(tong)過(guo)(guo)嚴(yan)于(yu)律(lv)己的(de)作(zuo)(zuo)風和正能量(liang)的(de)積(ji)極(ji)傳遞才(cai)能讓新時期(qi)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)黨支部(bu)的(de)建設(she)與時俱進(jin)(jin),勇往直前。
